Hi, my name is Dobrinka Stoyanova and I've always had a passion for helping people grow personally and professionally.

I have a Master's degree in Computer Science and for over 20 years I worked at SAP, one of the largest enterprise software companies. During this time I worked in software development, customer facing, and leadership roles. One of my main focus areas in the last 5 years was hiring and developing early career professionals in customer facing roles. By providing a structured training program and support framework with a “people first mindset”, I was able to create high-performing teams of dedicated individuals. In addition to my responsibilities, I was also an SAP internal coach and I supported employees globally to advance their careers, build leadership skills, and achieve a healthy work-life balance.

My professional background puts me in a unique position to relate to corporate professionals in a variety of roles and I’m committed to the success of individuals interested in exploring opportunities to accelerate their personal and professional growth.

I'm an Erickson Certified Professional Coach, SolutionsAcademy Certified Team Coach, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and I use the solution-focused coaching approach.

I live in Central Florida and besides coaching, I enjoy long walks on the beach, reading books, traveling, and visiting new places.
